SWANK blow dry bar is a busy salon with a relaxed atmosphere. We offer stylists a salon environment that's free from the stress of marketing their services, managing client lists and paying for chair rentals. We take care of everything from bookings to marketing to customer management so our stylists can focus on doing what they love to do!

At SWANK we strive for work/life balance with flexible scheduling and unlimited earning potential. SWANK stylists start with a guaranteed hourly wage PLUS a set commission rate. After 90 days of employment, each stylist has the ability to determine how much they want to increase their wage and commission rates based on how busy they want to be. Since 2014 we've seen hair salons come and go, by creating a supportive work environment we ensure our staff know how much we value and appreciate what they do.

It's our mission to make hair and beauty services accessible and affordable in south Florida. SWANK Members are able to book with us more often because of the significant price discounts we provide. The result? Due to the higher number of recurring appointments, stylists consistently receive more gratuity, more often from SWANK Members then they did at salons with expensive services.
